A graphic novel about the adventures of a Victorian bird woman called Love Vallis.

In 2018, I found a text written by my great great great grandmother, whose name was Love Vallis Merriweather. It describes how  she met and married her husband William Peet in 1820. I took this as the starting point of my book. 

​

I developed Love's story to take her on an adventure through five chapters. This book sees Love doing a quiet sort of time travel, flying across oceans and ultimately meeting her own great great grandson on Sandymount Strand, Dublin.
